People Who Are Changing Lives

ReConstruct3 (a 501(c)(3) qualified non-profit) is focused on changing lives one home at a time. We are dedicated to the mission to create affordable housing and education that will impact the lives of the less fortunate and create a future and hope for struggling areas. We want to help develop a workforce that be proud of their newfound skills and excited to move on this journey. Companies will look to us for hiring contractors and neighborhoods will look to us to change lives. Where it is building new homes or educating workers to have a career with higher pay and tons of opportunity, ReConstruct3 is paving a way for a better tomorrow.

CEO & Founder Of Reconstruct3

Philip Beeson

Philip Beeson – President & Founder of Reconstruct3 began working in the construction industry in 1994 as a laborer, focusing primarily on roofing installations & repair.  After several years working for various builders, roofing contractors & general contractors in Indianapolis and surrounding cities. Philip acquired his General Contractors license & started his own company in 2001 and has been operating the companies’ daily activities since. Philips has extensive experience working in catastrophic storm environments (Hail, Wind, Tornado & Hurricane) and the recovery efforts in Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Ohio, Mississippi & Home State Indiana.

Unable to find a nonprofit to sponsor/partner that he had a shared vision with, Philip got the idea in 2013 to start a nonprofit company that would have the ability to help rebuild very oppressed parts of the city, while training/teaching local labor with a potential pipeline to employment outside of building homes, if desired in all aspects of the residential building trades, from foundation to completion.

The residential building/maintenance industry is experiencing mass skilled labor shortages across the country at unprecedented levels. This will be a tool to help put the pieces in place to train workers while rebuilding their communities with nice spacious well built homes.
