Affordable Housing
ReConstruct3 constructs homes that are affordable but high quality. We give safe and secure housing solutions to those in need of affordable housing. Reconstruct3 not only builds houses but as well maintains the housing for legitimate non-profit organizations scattering to the needs of homelessness by utilizing our connections inside the home building industry to gather in-kind donations and charity. The team at ReConstruct3 understands the importance of having safe, secure housing. For many people, the American dream of owning their own house is difficult to achieve. One of our primary goals as a non-profit is to remove the barriers that prevent economically disadvantaged people from owning a home. Here is how we achieve that goal: First, our non-profit acquires vacant lots in an area that’s economically depressed. After assessing the condition of the lot and soil, we then use our skills and expertise to train & educate local workers to build a brand new spacious 3 to 5-bedroom home. After the home has been built to meet our high standards, it’s offered for sale at the market price for the area, ranging from $125,000.00 – $200,000.00. These type of homes would appraise for $250,000.00 – $350,000.00 in wealthier nearby neighborhoods. This process provides low-income families with the opportunity to purchase high-quality housing at market price – allowing them to claim their very own piece of the American dream. There are also additional benefits to the neighborhood; when a derelict property is revitalized and sold, the value of other homes in the area tends to go up as well.
Training and Education
Offering new homes at a reasonable cost to families in financially depressed region’s is only one of the ways in which that our non-benefit helps the community. We perceive that there are different elements that add to a steady future – claiming a house is simply important for the condition. To genuinely have a sense of safety, individuals should have the option to procure predictable pay that gives a sufficient amount of money to help themselves and their families. We here at ReConstruct3 are looking to train underprivileged areas to learn and develop the skills to build a strong career and create more jobs in a market that needs them. Feed a person a fish you feed them for a day… teach them to fish and you feed them for a lifetime. There is a boundary that we are trying to break when it comes to these low income areas. Construction is a career that can provide higher wages than the region average. With our training we will help these areas build strong job markets and better housing which will deliver a higher quality of life. The essential boundary to entering the constructional industry is an absence of education and training. That is the place where our non-profit, ReConstruct3 comes in. The group at ReConstruct3 helps fill in this void; we furnish monetarily burdened individuals with preparation and education required in the construction field, showing them every skill they will need to prevail in the constructional business. Through our training program, income earners can learn all the ins and outs of building a home and structure development. Outfitted with their newly acquired abilities, hands-on experience, and broad information on the structure exchanges, alumni of our program will have a career they can take anywhere as well as start their own business or they could remain on board and help improve areas all over the nation with us.

Why We Do It
The board of ReConstruct3 has experienced members in construction and real estate. With this experience, we have discovered that two of the essential reasons behind homelessness are unavailability of the affordable housing and lack of jobs.
At ReConstruct3, we believe that businesses have the power to significantly improve the world we live in. Our team has a strong desire to put our skills and expertise to work serving economically disadvantaged communities.
This desire to serve led us to create the non-profit ReConstruct3. The mission of our non-profit is to provide low-income earners with affordable, high-quality housing and to improve the employability of those in underserved communities.
